Fast and Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you do not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method promptly. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@hisesther.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label within 48 hours.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
